You can easily and quickly examine what times of day visitors are viewing the videos, at what point they are abandoning the segments and track your own campaigns to assist in determining their effectiveness through the video viewing information.
This information is available to you live through a secure partner sign-in. This powerful reporting tool will help you make decisions for your overall and video-specific online strategy.
Syndication
Online video syndication is a valuable new service that allows you to offer your video content across your retailer and reseller online websites.
Retailers will be able to embed your content into their own online destinations and enhance their own web presence while delivering your product’s features and benefits. Syndication means control and consistency of your marketing messages while giving your retail channel video content without the need for additional bandwidth or resources by the retailer.
Combine this with our reporting tools and you can track your video’s performance not only on your own website, but across your customer network. Each customer will also be able to access their individual metrics for their own reporting and monitoring purposes.
Player
We have streamlined our video player to meet the needs of viewers who are now more demanding of multimedia content.
The control functions are hidden from view unless required, presenting your message without distractions. Our player’s size has been determined after researching the optimum viewing size while maintaining an economical download rate to provide a quality viewing experience.
All videos are hosted on the StreamingB2 servers which have been designed specifically for video streaming. Once the content code has been embedded on a particular page, the player is served to that page along with the content, so there will be no bandwidth loss to the website.
Production Schedule
There are 3 distinct but equally important steps towards delivering your final polished video segment:
Pre-Production
This stage includes a detailed briefing on your marketing objectives, target audience and what specific products will be presented in the segment. We will drill down into your goals relating to the end video and also discuss the broader product strategy. Based on the information gathered, we will then recommend a video concept and deployment strategy to best meet your needs.
Once we have agreed on the strategy we will prepare dialogue and shooting scripts that include visual cues within the segment to illustrate as close as possible how the video will “look and feel”. The shooting script will be locked down once you are comfortable and have signed off this critical document. We will schedule shooting and timelines for the production with your timelines front of mind.
Production
Once all crew, product samples and talent have been confirmed we will go ahead and film the presenter, products and any other necessary cutaways and required footage.
This is where all the magic happens, when everything discussed in pre-production begins to take shape and the key to a good production is in the strength and experience of its crew. All key crew members have extensive experience within the industry and many have worked on award winning Theatrical Films, Short Films and TV.
Post Production
Selected footage from the shoot will be edited into the shooting script format, with special effects, branding, logos and product shots incorporated into the video. Audio including voiceovers and soundtrack will be integrated into the segment, and the video will be polished into its final state.
A copy of the final cut will be presented to you for final sign off. Once revisions are completed (if required) and you are satisfied with the segment, we will format it into the agreed medium for your use.
